Never work with kids or animals! That’s the advice of many professionals, but, as you will see from my photographs, I didn’t heed it when it came to the latter.

Originally from Cardigan in West Wales, I moved to Scotland in 1992, where, in 2004, I successfully obtained qualifications in Photography and Digital Imagery. From a young age my first love has been animals, particularly horses, and my second love, photography. In establishing AnimalSnapper Photography I have been able to combine these two passions and they drive my desire to produce high quality, natural images.

Working with and owning horses all my life has enabled me to develop my photography to bring out the best in all my pictures. While I specialise in photographing horses, I also photograph people and other animals! My aim is to capture the individuality and character of my subject.

I can work with individual clients, through home visits if preferred, and I am available for bookings at large and small events.
